Dress Code
The dress code for members is general business attire with the exception that no shorts, jeans or athletic attire be worn.

Health Care
Session Nurses will only be providing emergency health care inside the Grand Chapter Room.

Voting Power
All Ontario members, if present and in good standing, may vote at Grand Chapter.

A pre-registration form is available for download by clicking on the link below.  The form must be completed and mailed with the Registration Fee to the address on the form.  The deadline for pre-registration is August 1, 2011.  Those who pre-register may pick up their session information at the Registration Desk.

Tickets for all breakfasts, luncheons and banquets are ordered from the contact person for the event and must be purchased before August 12, 2011.  Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope and any dietary concerns with your order.  Cheques are payable to the contact person of each event except for the main banquet--"Our Heaven Sent Year " Banquet--which should be made payable to "Grand Chapter O.E.S. of Ontario, Canada, Inc."  A Banquet Ticket Order Form is available for download by clicking the link below.

Distinguished Guests
The Grand Chapter of Ontario will provide the following: Most Worthy Grand Matron, Most Worthy Grand Patron, Past Most Worthy Grand Matron, Past Most Worthy Grand Patron - Hotel Room at Host Hotel, Luncheon and Dinner for not more than three (3) days.

For General Grand Chapter Officers and Committee Members appointed from Ontario -- Hotel Room at Host Hotel (up to single rate) for one (1) day once during the Triennium.

For those distinguished guests who have complimentary room allotment, please pay your hotel bill when checking out, then send same to the Grand Secretary, Mrs. Lynne Atkinson, 413 Drew Street, Woodstock, ON N4S 4V3.  Persons staying with the previously named parties shall pay their own pro-rata expenses.

Tickets for the Saturday evening banquet will be provided for the Ontario Grand Chapter Officers. No complimentary tickets will be mailed out; they will be available at the Hostess Desk, Saturday, August 27th.
